THE TESLA TYRE GUIDE
Know the details.
Enjoy the drive.
A practical guide to choosing and caring for your Tesla tyres.
START AT THE SIDEWALL
Find your size.
Check both axles.
The size is moulded into the rubber on the side of the tyre. Check one front tyre and one rear tyre before choosing replacements.
This photo explains how to read a size. Use the code on your own Tesla, and check the front and rear separately.
FRONT AND REAR CAN DIFFER
Do not assume all four tyres are the same.
Some Model 3 Performance and Model Y Performance configurations, plus many Model S and Model X configurations, use different front and rear sizes. This is called a staggered setup. Check your actual car, especially if its wheels have been changed.
For example, the Model Y 21 inch Performance reference is 255/35R21 at the front and 275/35R21 at the rear. Other wheel and year options differ.

Read the full specification
A size such as 235/45R18 describes tyre width, sidewall ratio and wheel diameter. The load index, speed rating and any XL designation matter too. Confirm the complete requirement for your vehicle before ordering.
Understand Tesla T markings
Tesla designed tyre variants are identified by a T marking, such as T0 or T1, on the sidewall. Check the exact tyre model and marking for your car. A tyre from a familiar brand does not automatically mean it is the Tesla specified version.
Tesla replacement tyre referenceCheck front and rear separately
Some Tesla configurations use different sizes on the two axles. Do not assume all four tyres match. If your wheels have been changed, the original factory size may no longer describe your current setup.
Use the vehicle’s pressure label
Follow the recommended cold tyre pressures on your car’s door pillar label. The maximum pressure on the tyre sidewall is not the vehicle’s recommended operating pressure. Check pressures regularly and when the TPMS warning appears.
Care for tyres in UAE conditions
Inspect tread, uneven wear, cuts, bulges and cracks. Heat, load and pressure all affect tyre condition. Ask for an inspection if you notice vibration, pulling or repeated pressure loss. Avoid driving on a damaged or flat tyre.
Plan a replacement with confidence
Compare the correct specification, production date, tyre type, warranty terms and full fitted price. Send photos if you are unsure. We can help confirm the size before you choose.
ANSWERS FOR TESLA OWNERS
A little clarity,
before you choose.
Which tyres fit my Tesla?
The correct fitment depends on the model, year, wheel size and variant. Use the guide as a starting point, then send a photo of the tyre sidewall and the door pillar tyre label so we can confirm front and rear sizes, load rating and speed rating.
Do you supply Tesla approved tyres?
Ask us to confirm the exact manufacturer, tyre model and Tesla T marking for your vehicle. A tyre brand alone does not establish Tesla approval. Availability and specification are confirmed before ordering.
Can you change my tyres at my location?
Our mobile tyre fitting van can replace and balance tyres at your location in Dubai, subject to access, suitable working space and team availability. For other emirates, contact us first to confirm delivery and fitting arrangements.
How much do Tesla tyres cost in the UAE?
Pricing depends on size, brand, specification, production date and current availability. WhatsApp your tyre size and location for an itemised quote including installation, delivery and applicable VAT.
Can a punctured Tesla tyre be repaired?
Repair suitability requires an inspection of the damage, tyre condition and manufacturer guidance. Sidewall damage, exposed cords or damage from driving flat may require replacement. If the tyre is unsafe, stop driving and arrange assistance.
